General Information

Conference Venue – St Margaret’s College, 12 Winchester Street, Christchurch – 5 minutes by car / taxi from the city centre or a 20 minute walk.
Or access via Papanui Road.   Buses depart every 10 minutes from the city bus depot with a stop outside the college.  Plenty of free car parking available at St Margaret’s College.

The Auditorium will be utilised for the plenary sessions and we will utilise the gymnasium for trade and catering.

Where: Departs from St Margaret’s College – drop off City Centre
Time: To be advised – 1 hour
Cost: $25.00 – minimum number required




Airport Transfers – The airport is a 25 minute drive from the central city.  A taxi fare to the city centre is approximately $40 one way and a shuttle bus $25.

Hotels / Motels – We have secured accommodation at hotels / motels close to St Margaret’s College as well as the city centre.  See accommodation tab for full details

Insurance – All insurance is the responsibility of the registrants.  IPCNC, The Conference Organising Committee, The Conference Team and St Margaret’s College accept no liability for death or illness or injury / accident to or financial loss by any person attending the conference, whatever the cause.  Registration of the delegate will indicate acceptance of these terms.

Cancellation – All cancellations must be in writing to The Conference Team.  If, following your registration, you are unable to attend please notify the Organisers as soon as possible to arrange a transfer of registration or a partial refund.  Notification received by 20 August 2019 incurs a $100 administration fee.  For cancellations notified after 20 August 2019, refunds will be made at the discretion of the organising committee and paid at the conclusion of the conference.  There will be no refunds made for late arrival or early departure from the conference.

The fine print – Should the conference need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances / natural disaster, a partial refund of registration fees will be considered.
